Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH in München sucht einen erfahrenen Finanzspezialisten, der die Rechnungslegungsprozesse an verschiedenen deutschen Standorten koordiniert. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung termingerechter Finanzabschlüsse und die konsolidierte Berichterstattung an die Zentrale.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Finanzwesen, Buchhaltung, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Umfassende Erfahrung im Controlling, Accounting oder Audit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Starke Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegungsstandards; IFRS ist ein Plus.
• Erfahrung mit Multi-Entity- oder Gruppestrukturen.
• Strukturierte, proaktive und praxisnahe Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Koordination und Überwachung der Rechnungslegungsprozesse in allen deutschen Tochtergesellschaften.
• Sicherung termingerechter und genauer monatlicher, vierteljährlicher und jährlicher Finanzabschlüsse.
• Konsolidierung und Erstellung von Finanzberichten für die Zentrale.
• Überwachung von Budgets und Cashflows über Portfoliofirmen hinweg, einschließlich Abweichungsanalysen.
• Management externer Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Buchhaltungsdienstleister.

Jobbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee accounting processes across all German entities
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Consolidate and prepare financial reporting for headquarters
• Monitor budgets and cash flows across portfolio companies, including variance analysis
• Manage external tax advisors, auditors, and accounting service providers
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (incl. German GAAP)
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
• Support the integration of new entities and the ongoing development of the finance function

Dein Profil

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of German accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
• Experience working with multi-entity or group structures
• Confident in managing external stakeholders and collaborating with international teams
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Structured, proactive, and hands‑on working style
• Fluent in German and English written and spoken
