Max Mara Hamburg-Alsterhaus is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to share the brand DNA with clients and drive sales. You will welcome customers, provide an in-store experience, demonstrate product knowledge, and uphold luxury standards.

You’ll deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximise opportunities to hit store KPIs, handle Visual Merchandising in the shop, and build client confidence through engaging service. Fluency in English and German is required.

• 10+ years expertise in Retail Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
