Rosewood Munich sucht einen motivierten Bellman (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung eines luxuriösen Hotels in München. Sie begleiten Gäste bei Ankunft und Abreise, beraten zu Attraktionen und Services der Stadt und arbeiten eng mit allen Abteilungen zusammen, um unvergessliche Aufenthalte zu ermöglichen.

Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung im Bellman-Bereich, besitzen eine ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und sprechen Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

Qualifikationen

• Vorherige Berufserfahrung als Bellman oder in einer ähnlichen Position, ideal in einem Luxushotel.
• Ausgeprägte Gastfreundschaft und professionelles Auftreten.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Einen reibungslosen Ankunfts- und Abreiseprozess für Gäste sicherstellen.
• Gästeanliegen professionell bearbeiten und Beschwerden auf höchstem Niveau lösen.
• Positive Beziehungen zu Gästen und Kollegen pflegen.
• Informationen zum Hotel, zur Stadt und Umgebung bereitstellen.
• Sorge tragen für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Eingangsbereich.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hotels.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
• A strong host mentality with confident and professional demeanor
• Good German and English language skills
• Flexibility and a high level of commitment
