Rosewood Munich is seeking a motivated Floor Supervisor to join our luxury team. You will oversee housekeeping operations, ensure guest areas are spotless, and coordinate work orders with the team to meet high standards.

Ideal candidates have vocational training or degree in Hospitality, fluent German and English, and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences. This role offers a dynamic, service-focused environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and English required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Keep guest areas and service areas clean and tidy.
• Prepare and assign work orders to employees and monitor priorities.
• Check inventory levels, cleanliness, and organization of storage areas.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure departmental standards are met.
• Train and support housekeeping staff in delivering immaculate guest rooms.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Completion of vocational training or a university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
• Professional experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Fluency in both German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous
• Organized and structured way of working
• Passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences and delivering service excellence.
