Job summary

Devialet SAS in Munich seeks an operations and admin lead to support our German market. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations locally while maintaining a strong link with our Paris Headquarters (ADV, CSS, and Finance teams).

With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will oversee supply chain, IT support, processes design (SAP By Design, Salesforce), retail and admin duties, dashboards, and coordination with HQ.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with SAP By Design and Salesforce.
• Retail store management experience.

Job description

Based in our Munich office, you will be the key operational pillar for our German market, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations locally while maintaining a strong link with our Paris Headquarters (including ADV, CSS, and Finance teams).

With an entrepreneurial mindset, your primary goal is to support the growth and execution of our German operations through a wide variety of administrative, supply chain, wholesales and retail support responsibilities.

Operations

• Supply chain supervision (deliveries and stock management)

• IT support and training on the various software used in the company (Retail, Sales and administration software)

• Processes design and optimisation (SAP by Design for Information Systems, Wholesale, Retail, Stocks, Finance)

• Be the main touch point for the Retail teams on their organisational subjects

• Managing dashboards and processes to monitor stock levels (xk) and SAP reconciliation in agreement with HQ policies

• Operate stores and concessions for X FTEs, manage Rotas and daily operations (ie. special offers execution)

Accounting / HR

• Collect and transmit invoices and other admin documents between the Accounting team in Paris and the Accounting/tax firm in Munich

• Link with the external payroll contractor

• Legal (ie. supplier contracts follow-up, leases for retail premises)

• Relay on local HR topics (ie. payroll, leave management). Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager
