Job summary

Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa in Schwangau sucht eine/n Restaurantleiter/in (m/w/d/k.A.) in Vollzeit. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Service, vertreten die kulinarische Kompetenz des Hauses und führen das F&B-Team proaktiv. Zudem gestalten Sie Schulungen, fördern Entwicklungen und übernehmen Budget- und Dienstplanverantwortung.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Studium im Hospitality-Bereich und haben bereits Führungserfahrung im F&B-Sektor.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Hospitality.
• Bereits Führungserfahrung im F&B-Bereich vorhanden.
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamführung.

Responsibilities

• Als Aushängeschild der kulinarischen Kompetenz des Hauses das Restaurantkonzept vertreten.
• Team im täglichen Geschäft unterstützen, anleiten und motivieren.
• Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams durchführen.
• Verantwortung für Budget und Dienstplan übernehmen.
