Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern am Tegernsee sucht eine/n Front Desk Agent (m/w/d/k.A.). Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sorgen Sie für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt der Gäste und beraten sie kompetent.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium in der Hotellerie mit und verfügen idealerweise über Front-Office-Erfahrung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Rezeption, Kassiervorgänge und die Weitergabe von Insider-Tipps sowie die Schulung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Studium in Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Bereits relevante Front Office Erfahrung von Vorteil.
• Gutes Gespür für Gastfreundschaft und Servicequalität.

Responsabilités

• Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
• Sie beraten Gäste kompetent und geben insider tips weiter.
• Kassiervorgänge, Rechnungsstellung und Schulung neuer Kollegen gehören dazu.
