Job summary

Die Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern sucht eine/n Reservierungsagent (m/w/d/k.A.) zur Unterstützung von Empfang und Vertrieb. Von der Reservierungsbestätigung bis zur Buchung gewährleisten Sie reibungslose Abläufe und tragen dazu bei, dass Gäste das perfekte Zimmer bekommen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Front Office und F&B zusammen, beherrschen Reservierungssysteme sicher und zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine hohe Servicequalität – auch in Hochbetriebsphasen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie bzw. Hotelmanagement-Studium.
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft.
• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen auch in Stresssituationen.

Responsibilities

• Vom Reservierungseingang bis zur Buchung – reibungslose Abläufe sicherstellen.
• Gäste betreuen, Upsellingmöglichkeiten erkennen und umsetzen.
• Anlassbezogene Abstimmung mit Front Office und F&B bei Anforderungen.
