Job summary

A-ROSA Tegernsee in Germany seeks a Restaurant Supervisor (m/f/d) to lead service on the floor, cover a deputy restaurant manager, and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will unite the team, maintain high service standards, and manage events with calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in upmarket service or in a comparable role within the hotel or catering industry.
• Initial management experience or the desire to grow into a managerial role.
• Hospitable attitude, team spirit and a passion for excellent service.
• Organisational skills and a structured, independent approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure, a confident manner and strong communication skills.
• Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Fill in while the restaurant manager is on time off.
• Bring the team together and ensure a positive atmosphere and team spirit.
• Provide excellent guest service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate service procedures and stay calm during peak times.
• Assist at events and be flexible to help where needed.
• Lead a team independently and develop staff through service training.
• Keep budget and guest bills under control.
• Contribute ideas to improve service standards and procedures.
