Job summary

KOEHLER GROUP Holding GmbH in Stuttgart sucht eine verantwortliche Fachkraft für die eigenständige Mietabrechnung und -verwaltung. Sie bearbeiten die Abrechnung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien, buchen Zahlungen und stimmen Konten ab.

Erfahrung in Datev und im Umgang mit Haufe PowerHaus oder vergleichbarer Software ist wünschenswert; gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Die Stelle bietet eine zentrale Lage in Stuttgart mit attraktivem Arbeitsumfeld.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Mietabrechnung und -verwaltung.
• Gutes Verständnis der Wohnungswirtschaft und der Mietverträge.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Word und gängiger Software im Bürobetrieb.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Miet- und Nebenkostenabrechnung für Immobilien unterschiedlichster Nutzungen.
• Buchung von Mietzahlungen und weiteren Geschäftsvorgängen.
• Abstimmung von Objekt- und Mieter­konten; Erstellung der Jahresabrechnungen.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Independent day-to-day rent accounting (not under the German Condominium Act (WEG)) for residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, taking into account the applicable VAT regulations
• Posting of rent payments and other account transactions
• Reconciliation of property and tenant accounts
• Independent preparation of annual service charge statements, including data transfer to metering service providers
• Documentation of business transactions and handover to tax advisers (Datev)

Professional experience

• Professional experience in accounting-related lettings management
• Ideally, experience with the Haufe PowerHaus property management software or another property management software package, as well as a good knowledge of standard Microsoft products such as MS Word and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Datev
• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
