Zusammenfassung

Comood GmbH in Munich seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage rent-related accounting for our property portfolio. You will post invoices, handle receipts and dunning, and support monthly and annual statements with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities include tenancy provisions, master data upkeep, and liaison with tenants, owners, authorities and banks. A proactive, structured, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree.
• Several years of experience in a similar role or in accounts receivable/payable.
• Experience in rent accounting is advantageous.
• Numerate, conscientious with property sector knowledge and digital literacy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Independent, structured and team-oriented work style.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proper accounting for a wide range of properties under our own and third-party management.
• Allocate and post invoices and rent/deposit receipts and monitor outstanding items.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Record tenancy provisions and analyse apportionability with Property Management.
• Handle the dunning process.
• Communicate with tenants, owners, authorities, service providers and banks.
• Create and maintain master data and manage rent deposit accounts.
• Monitor deadlines and due dates to ensure timely actions.

• Ensuring the proper accounting of a wide range of properties under our own and third-party management
• Allocating and posting invoices and rent/deposit receipts, as well as monitoring and resolving outstanding items and discrepancies
• Independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Recording and reviewing tenancy agreement provisions, and analysing the apportionability of individual items in close consultation with Property Management
• Responsibility for the dunning process
• Handling communication with tenants, owners, local authorities, government bodies, service providers and banks
• Creating and maintaining master data, and managing rent deposit accounts
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and due dates

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
• Several years’ professional experience in a similar role or as an accounts receivable/payable accountant; ideally with experience in rent accounting
• A numerate and conscientious individual with property sector knowledge and digital literacy; experience with ix-Haus would be an advantage
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
• An independent, structured and team-oriented approach to work
