Devop1 is a 100% remote global company seeking a Senior Candidate Recruiter for Germany. The role focuses on building client relationships, designing hiring stages, and sourcing top candidates worldwide from home or remote offices.

You will evaluate candidates for various roles and seniorities, conduct interviews, and guide negotiations to closure while collaborating with managers and building a strong rep as a great place to work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (staffing agency preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media, Boolean search).
• Proven ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniorities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand strategic and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries.
• Guide negotiations through to completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to company development.

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong decision‑making skills.
