Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead clinical strategy executive to scale post-acute care, guide specialty consult services, and mentor advanced practice providers across multiple sites. You will align clinical protocols with CMS standards and drive quality metrics and compliance.

The role requires an MSN with NP license, 10+ years in PALTC/SNF/LTACH, and strong leadership experience in program development. DNP is highly preferred and familiarity with EHR systems and dashboards is essential.

Qualifikationen
