A rapid-growth engineering recruitment firm is looking for a Recruitment Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for civil engineering roles across Germany. This position offers a hybrid or fully remote work model, with an emphasis on relationship building and strategic hiring. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and be business fluent in German. Location : HQ Berlin (ideally hybrid in Berlin, however this position can be remote anywhere across Germany with some travel to sites when needed.)
