Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Recruiter in Berlin to drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on delivering exceptional talent and timely communication. You will act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with hiring managers to shape specifications and market data, while building robust talent pipelines.

You will engage candidates through every stage, keeping them informed and guiding offers with data-driven guidance. In-country presence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong pipelines.
