Job summary

Cielo is looking for a Senior Recruiter in Berlin to lead a team while remaining hands-on with senior recruitment. You will drive intake meetings, design sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate slates, consulting with hiring managers and leaders throughout the process.

In this role you will mentor recruiters, manage selected requisitions, and ensure timely updates to candidates, while aligning with market data and compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
