Job summary

Cielo is expanding its talent acquisition team in Berlin. As a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a brand ambassador for the client, manage end-to-end recruitment, and provide consultative direction to hiring leaders. You will mentor recruiters and drive proactive communications on search statuses.

You will lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, build pipelines, and help determine offers using market data. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring in manufacturing/production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates on progress.
• Partner with leaders to determine offer details using market data and guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.

• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus
