Zusammenfassung

Auro, a leading mobility fleet operator, is expanding with a new office in Berlin and seeks a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (w/m/d) to build our driver team. You will conduct in-person German interviews, coordinate trainings, and manage end-to-end recruitment for Berlin in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in German is essential; English and/or Spanish are highly valued. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with an on-site Berlin office and onboarding development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• End-to-end recruitment processes experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal German communication.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field is a plus.

Aufgaben

As we prepare to open our new office in Berlin, we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (w/m/d) to join our team and play a key role in building our driver team in Berlin.

What will you do?

• Identify and recruit talent for our team of drivers in Berlin.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates objectively.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure the highest standards of quality and service.
• Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment decisions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Work closely with a dynamic, international team.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and making objective, data-driven hiring decisions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate competencies and cultural fit objectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and professional approach.
• A degree or professional background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude and a genuine interest in improving recruitment processes.
• Full professional fluency in German – essential.
• English and/or Spanish are highly valued.
