Job summary

NeuroNation - Mind & Brain Health Technology in Berlin seeks an experienced temporary Senior Recruiter for a 3-6 month contract to drive scaling. This role is hands-on, project-based, and requires independent management of the full recruitment lifecycle across growth-focused roles.

You will identify passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience in startups scaling to scale-ups.
• Extensive experience as freelancer, contractor, or temporary staff on high-volume projects.
• Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates for growth roles.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.

We need a proven talent acquisition expert who has specifically helped startups transition into scale-ups, bringing immediate market intelligence and a track record of hiring pivotal growth-focused roles. This is a project-based role requiring independent management of the recruitment lifecycle.

• Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles critical to our growth, focusing on volume and quality to support our transition from startup to scale-up.
• Proactively identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates using headhunting, networking, and expert sourcing techniques.
• Quickly collaborate with hiring managers to understand critical business needs and implement immediate, tailored recruitment strategies for accelerated growth.
• Provide up-to-date market trends and competitor intelligence to ensure our short-term hiring strategies are competitive and effective.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring an outstanding and professional experience that reflects our company values, even within an accelerated process.
• Efficiently utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage a high volume of candidates and ensure a data-driven process.
