aconium GmbH, based in Berlin, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle from needs alignment to candidate closing. You will partner with managers to craft targeted job postings, source via professional networks, and build lasting candidate relationships.

The role emphasizes structured interviews and data-driven decisions. Ideal candidates have a university degree or equivalent, several years of recruiting experience, and fluency in German with good English.

• Several years of recruiting experience, ideally filling specialist and management roles
• Proven active sourcing and direct search skills; familiarity with LinkedIn tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills; able to align with managers
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented; can handle multiple recruitment processes
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools; open to AI in recruiting
• Excellent German and good English; proficient with MS Office apps

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from aligning on staffing needs and developing suitable search strategies to selecting appropriate candidates and successfully filling our positions.
• You act as a sparring partner to our managers, agree on suitable candidate profiles, create appealing, target-group-specific job advertisements, select promising recruiting channels, and develop creative approaches to reach even hard-to-reach target groups.
• You identify and attract suitable candidates through professional networks, talent pools, and modern search methods.
• With personalized, compelling outreach, you spark interest and build lasting relationships with potential talent.
• You review application documents, conduct structured interviews, recognise professional and personal potential, and support our managers in making well-founded and transparent personnel decisions.
• Through personal, appreciative, and reliable communication, you ensure a positive application experience from the first contact through to the final response.
• You use recruiting metrics, digital tools, and AI-powered applications to optimise search strategies, make processes more efficient, and continuously develop our recruiting with new ideas and innovative approaches.

Требования

• You have completed a university degree, vocational training in business or human resources, or an equivalent qualification; what matters to us is your recruiting expertise and practical experience.
• You have several years of recruiting experience and have ideally already successfully filled various specialist and management positions in a medium-sized, consulting-related, or project-oriented environment.
• You are experienced in active sourcing and direct search, routinely use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter in particular, and know how to inspire even hard-to-reach candidates to explore new career opportunities.
• You have strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills, present yourself confidently to managers, and know how to bring different interests together constructively.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way, keep track of several parallel recruitment processes, and actively contribute your own ideas.
• You are digitally savvy, work confidently with applicant tracking systems, ideally Personio, and modern recruiting tools, and are interested in using AI applications in recruiting sensibly and responsibly.
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as confident use of standard MS Office applications, round out your profile.
