Job summary

Hapimag Resort Westerland is seeking a dedicated front desk professional to welcome guests and turn their wishes into memorable experiences. You will manage reservations, check-ins, and cash handling while ensuring high service standards in a coastal resort setting.

You bring hospitality training, at least 1 year of experience, and fluent German and English. Enjoy a stable 5-day work week, a warm team, and opportunities across Hapimag’s international family.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hospitality is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Good command of German and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process reservations and guest correspondence.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare and execute logistics for travel groups.
• Attend to and advise guests throughout their stay.
• Do till and cash management during shifts.
• Maintain workplace hygiene and adhere to brand standards.
• Create guest information materials and the weekly activity program.

What you can expect

• Competent handling and processing of reservations and guest correspondence
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
• Preparing and executing logistics for travel groups
• Attending to and advising our guests throughout their stay
• Independent till and cash management during your shift
• Maintaining workplace hygiene and adhering to brand standards
• Creating guest information materials and the weekly activity program

What you bring along
