Hapimag Dresden, located in a historic and culturally rich city, seeks a warm, guest-focused team member for front desk duties.

You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and process bookings while identifying upselling opportunities to enhance their stay.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in hospitality/tourism.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in standard IT applications (MS Office).
• Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.

What you can expect

• Passion for interacting with international guests

• Strong service mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Proficiency in standard IT applications (MS Office)
• Business-fluent German and English skills (additional languages such as Italian or French are a plus)
• Team spirit, high autonomy, and flexibility (willingness to work weekends and public holidays)
