We are looking for a dedicated and friendly personality to enrich our Food & Beverage team and delight our guests with excellent, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional and warm service to our guests in the restaurant in line with Hapimag’s service culture and standards
• Actively and warmly welcoming guests, seating them and advising them on food and drink choices
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing the till
• Actively upselling and cross‑selling F&B offerings to increase guest satisfaction and turnover
• Ensuring a smooth service flow in your assigned section
• Adhering to hygiene, quality and data protection guidelines when interacting with guests

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a waiter/waitress and a completed apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant sector or within the catering industry
• Team spirit and a desire to integrate effectively into a team and achieve a common goal
• A responsible, independent and friendly personality
• Good knowledge of German and English is desirable.
