Job summary

Hapimag AG is seeking a dedicated personality to join our Food & Beverage team at Hapimag Resort Braunlage. You will be responsible for providing excellent service by welcoming guests and ensuring high satisfaction in a friendly atmosphere. Ideal candidates have completed training in the restaurant industry and have professional experience in service roles. We offer a year-round position with performance-based pay, meals provided during working hours, and various staff benefits including discounts and holiday perks.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a similar role within the service sector.
• Well-groomed appearance, confident manner and excellent manners.
• Good German and English language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, seating and looking after guests with first-class service.
• Responsible for own service station, including taking orders and payments.
• Monitor compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and enquiries professionally and friendly.
• Ensure service station is properly prepared before and after service.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and other departments.

• Preparation and follow‑up: Ensuring the service station is properly prepared before and after service, including mise en place.
• Communication: Working closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
