Job summary

VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Hanover seeks a Junior Partner (f/m/d) to lead a real estate shop, coach agents, and expand the team with strong local knowledge. You will work with an experienced partner, manage a joint office, and actively acquire customers while delivering customer-oriented advice.

The role offers in-house training through our academy with a certificate course of the IHK, access to the exclusive market, and a flexible commission model within the network.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial leadership and coaching to develop agents
• Strong communication and acquisition skills required
• Excellent knowledge of local residential markets and owners contacts
• Ability to work independently and drive a shop to regional leadership

• You coach and support incoming real estate agents in your team

• With an experienced partner you are responsible for a real estate shop
