Von Poll Immobilien GmbH is seeking a Branch Manager (m/f/d) in Merzig-Wadern to start as a self-employed real estate office owner in residential real estate. You will open, lead, and strategically develop your own branch with an exclusive CI look and a dedicated office.

You will build a team of agents, expand regional brand awareness, and actively acquire clients and properties. A premium, client-focused advisory approach is required, leveraging a strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership

• Opening, managing, and strategically developing your own branch office with an exclusive CI look
• Building, leading, and developing your own team of real estate agents

• Ensuring high-quality, client-focused advice at a premium level
