Teoresi Group seeks a Railway Train Validation Manager to oversee validation campaigns across multiple projects and environments, ensuring compliance with EHS and CENELEC lifecycle requirements. Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations (Germany, north Europe, Czech Republic).
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night) and weekends if required.
• Willingness to perform both hands-on vehicle activities and office-based tasks.
• Availability to work predominantly on-site.
• Valid first aid certification.
• Valid high-voltage training and electrical qualification (e.g. qualified/skilled electrician or equivalent).
• Fire extinguisher training or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Aufgaben

• Ensure validation tests are 100% compliant with Customer’s EHS rules.
• Perform train preparation and de-preparation on Customer sites and railway test centers (e.g. Velim, Wegberg-Wildenrath).
• Supervise personnel executing tests with safety briefings and on-site oversight.
• Ensure onboard communication between test teams, driver, infrastructure, and stakeholders.
• Provide daily reporting to the TVE on testing progress.
• Ensure correct software configuration is uploaded on trains as defined by the TVE.
• Support validation planning including scheduling of test sites and activities.
• Provide technical supervision of validation trains during testing.
• Assist internal teams with technical activities (train start-up, power supply, configuration changes).
• Support third parties with technical activities related to validation.

Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a Railway Train Validation Manager to support railway validation campaigns across multiple projects and test environments. In this role, you will ensure that validation activities are executed in compliance with applicable EHS requirements and project-specific configurations, with strong focus on structured test execution in line with the CENELEC lifecycle. You will contribute to end-to-end validation activities, from test preparation and on-site train setup to execution, supervision, and reporting during integration, commissioning, and certification phases, working closely with TVE, system engineering, commissioning, and test teams across both on-site and external test locations.

Besides Mannheim, it is also possible to join this position in Salzgitter, Kassel, or Berlin.

• To ensure that validation tests are 100% compliant with Customer’s Environmental Health and Safety rules
• To perform train preparation and de-preparation on Customer sites, public networks in Germany, and railway test centers (e.g. VUZ Velim Test Centre, Wegberg-Wildenrath Test Centre)
• To supervise personnel executing tests, including safety briefings, coordination, and on-site oversight
• To ensure onboard communication between test teams, driver, infrastructure, and stakeholders
• To provide daily reporting to the Test & Validation Engineer (TVE) on testing progress
• To ensure correct software configuration is uploaded on train(s) as defined by the TVE
• To support validation planning, including scheduling of test sites and activities inside and outside the Customer’s site
• To perform technical supervision of validation train(s) during testing activities
• To support internal teams (Train System, Train Design, Train Control) with technical activities (e.g. train start-up, power supply setup, configuration changes)
• To support third parties (e.g. external laboratories) with technical activities related to validation

Your profile:
