This role involves frequent travel across Europe, with travel requirements of up to 100%.

Your Tasks:

1. Plan and ensure the train level validation test activities.
2. Support developer, tuning, and certification tests performed by the engineering team.
3. Identify and book test facilities.
4. Manage the validation schedule, optimizing the validation process.
5. Ensure timely and quality execution of train level tests and reports.
6. Create and maintain the Validation plan.
7. Implement standard processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure certification and validation efficiency.
8. Manage a validation team of 2-4 test engineers.
9. Write static and dynamic test reports.
10. Review and approve test procedures and reports.
11. Provide validation evidence.
12. Collect data for KPIs for project and line management.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the rail industry, including train systems.
• Advanced knowledge of rail vehicle commissioning or testing.
• Minimum 2 years of team and project management experience.
• Knowledge of planning tools.
• Familiarity with standards and regulations such as EN50126, EN61133.
• Knowledge of Rail Vehicle Authorization Processes (TSI, NNTR).
• Experience with work package management.
• Proficiency with IBM Doors, Workflow Management tools, MS Project.
• Good team player, willing to learn, and collaborative.
• Fluent in English.
