Job summary

SCHÖLLY FIBEROPTIC GMBH is seeking a Quality Management Engineer (m/f/d) to establish and maintain processes ensuring NIS2 compliance. You will conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and effectiveness evaluations to safeguard product quality and safety.

You will support product-related risk management under ISO 14971 and bring hands-on experience with customer complaint handling, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to a collaborative team in Germany.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• German and English at C1 level.
• Analytical, structured, assertive, and communicative.
• Experience with NIS2 compliance and risk management is a plus.
• Experience handling customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain processes to ensure compliance with NIS2.
• Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and effectiveness evaluations.

Quality Management Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining processes to ensure compliance with NIS2 requirements
• You conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and effectiveness evaluations
• You support product-related risk management activities in accordance with ISO 14971
• You bring experience in handling, analyzing, and evaluating customer complaints

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Medical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field, ideally complemented by additional qualifications in NIS2 compliance and risk management
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal and social skills, and a hands-on approach
• An analytical and structured way of working, assertiveness, and strong communication skills complete your profile
• Your German and English language skills are at C1 level
• You have solid proficiency in MS Office applications
