Chip 1 Exchange GmbH & Co. KG in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, seeks a quality management professional to implement and maintain ISO-based systems and drive continuous improvement.

You will analyze processes, manage supplier quality, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance across the organization. Ideal candidates hold relevant technical training or degree, multiple years in quality assurance, and strong German with good English.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training or technician or completed studies in electrical engineering, quality management or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance or supplier management, ideally in automotive/medical.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as common quality techniques such as 8D, KVP and PDCA.
• Desirable knowledge of ISO 17025, AS6081/AS6171 and EcoVadis.
• Ideally qualified as a quality management representative (QMB) or auditor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and an independent, quality-oriented way of working.
• Very good communication skills, assertiveness and a confident demeanor at all hierarchy levels; very good German and good English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, AS6081/AS6171 and EcoVadis.
• Promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company.
• Documentation, analysis and optimization of internal processes including risk and opportunity assessment.
• Identify and manage the requirements of relevant stakeholders.
• Increase customer satisfaction and service quality; support strategic objectives.
• Assess environmental impact and climate-related risks; reduce negative environmental effects.
• Optimize energy use and resource efficiency; reduce waste and emissions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and legal requirements; maintain ISO 14001.
• Assist with contract analysis and negotiations in coordination with the compliance department.
• Identify applicable laws and regulatory requirements; assess legal risks and mitigate.
• Support in resolving customer concerns and escalation when needed; coordinate with internal teams.
• Contribute to company guidelines and achievement of goals as a responsible team member.

Your mission

Quality management

• Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 & 14001, AS6081/AS6171, EcoVadis and ISO 17025
• Promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company
• Documentation, analysis and optimization of internal processes including risk and Opportunity assessment
• Identification and management of the requirements of relevant interest groups (stakeholders)
• Increase customer satisfaction and service quality
• Support in the implementation of strategic Management objectives
• Assessment of the company's environmental impact and climate-related risks
• Development and implementation of measures to reduce negative environmental impacts
• Optimize energy use and resource efficiency
• Reduce waste and emissions
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and legal requirements
• Implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 certification

Assisting with contract analysis and -negotiations

• Support in the analysis and negotiation of contracts in close coordination with the compliance department

Legal compliance management

• Identify applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Assess legal risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Ensure compliant, ethical and legally sound business processes

Problem resolution and handling of concerns

• Support in resolving customer concerns and problem cases
• Coordination with internal teams to develop and implement more effectively Solutions
• Escalation of complex issues to senior account management, if necessary

Performance contribution

• Independent contribution to the implementation of company guidelines and the achievement of company goals.
