Zusammenfassung

Chip 1 Exchange GmbH & Co. KG in Neu-Isenburg sucht eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für Qualitätsmanagement zur Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems. Sie arbeiten eng mit Compliance, Einkauf und Rechtsabteilung zusammen, um Standards zu wahren und Prozesse zu optimieren.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung interner Audits, die Begleitung von Zertifizierungen sowie die Unterstützung bei Risikobewertungen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im gesamten Unternehmen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, ideal in Automotive/Medical
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS6081/AS6171, EcoVadis und ISO 17025
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft

Aufgaben

• Aufbau, Umsetzung und Pflege eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems gem. ISO 9001/14001
• Durchführung von Audits, Risiko- und Chancenbewertungen
• Identifikation und Steuerung relevanter Stakeholder-Anforderungen
• Unterstützung bei Vertragsanalysen und -verhandlungen in Abstimmung mit Compliance
• Unterstützung bei Rechts- und Compliance-Themen

Your mission

Quality management

• Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 & 14001, AS6081/AS6171, EcoVadis and ISO 17025
• Promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company
• Documentation, analysis and optimization of internal processes including risk and Opportunity assessment
• Identification and management of the requirements of relevant interest groups (stakeholders)
• Increase customer satisfaction and service quality
• Support in the implementation of strategic Management objectives
• Assessment of the company's environmental impact and climate-related risks
• Development and implementation of measures to reduce negative environmental impacts
• Optimize energy use and resource efficiency
• Reduce waste and emissions
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and legal requirements
• Implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 certification

Assisting with contract analysis and -negotiations

• Support in the analysis and negotiation of contracts in close coordination with the compliance department

Legal compliance management

• Identify applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Assess legal risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Ensure compliant, ethical and legally sound business processes

Problem resolution and handling of concerns

• Support in resolving customer concerns and problem cases
• Coordination with internal teams to develop and implement more effectively Solutions
• Escalation of complex issues to senior account management, if necessary

Performance contribution

• Independent contribution to the implementation of company guidelines and the achievement of company goals.
• Completed technical training or technician or completed studies in electrical engineering, quality management or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance or supplier management, ideally in an industry with high quality standards such as automotive/medical
• In-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as common quality techniques and methods such as 8D report, KVP and PDCA
• Desirable Knowledge of ISO 17025, AS6081/AS6171 and EcoVadis
• Ideally qualified as a quality management representative (QMB) or auditor
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and an independent, quality-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills, assertiveness and confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels as well as very good German and good Knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel
