Responsibilities

• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary project team in the development of new products in series production environments
• Responsibility for advance quality planning from concept phase to series approval
• Selection, evaluation and approval of suppliers including auditing of production processes
• Evaluation and approval of initial samples and purchased parts
• Support and support for international customers during audits and product approvals
• Support of product launches and relocations to series plants, including ensuring product and process quality

Your profile

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and project work in an industrial series environment — in particular automotive industry
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality management systems for series supply chains as well as in established methods of advance quality planning and assurance
• Experience with various manufacturing technologies, e.g. plastics processing, forming technology or machining
• Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Ability to work in a team and resilience in project-driven environments
• Willingness for occasional business trips
• Good written and spoken English skills
