Zusammenfassung

znt-Richter Group sucht Verstärkung für das QM-Team. Sie prüfen die Wirksamkeit des QM-Systems, entwickeln es weiter und unterstützen Audits nach ISO 9001. Sie erstellen Dokumente, arbeiten an Prozessoptimierungen mit und fungieren als interner Ansprechpartner für QM-Fragen.

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über ein universitäres Studium in BWL/VWL oder Vergleichbares, mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Umwelt- und Qualitätsmanagement. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in BWL, VWL oder Vergleichbares.
• Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit, Umwelt- und Qualitätsmanagement bevorzugt.
• Verständnis von Prozessentwicklung, Geschäftsprozessmanagement und CIP sowie DIN EN ISO 9001.
• Erfahrung mit gängigen Tools im QM & Qualitätssicherung.
• Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken, initiative Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Wirksamkeitsprüfung sowie Weiterentwicklung und Wartung des bestehenden QM-Systems nach ISO 9001.
• Mitwirkung bei Erstellung und Aktualisierung von QM-Dokumenten.
• Vorbereitung, Nachverfolgung und Überwachung von Audits.
• Technischer Ansprechpartner für QM-Fragen.
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung definierter Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards.
• Überwachung von QM-Themen und Richtlinien.
• Bearbeitung von QM-Themen eigenständig und Entwicklung von Konzepten.

• Support in checking the effectiveness as well as continuous development and maintenance of the existing QM system according to ISO 9001
• Participation in the creation and updating of QM documents
• Preparation, follow-up and monitoring ofaudits
• Technical internal contact for questions on the subject of quality management
• Support in monitoring the implementation of defined processes and quality standards as well as supporting our employees in complying with them
• Supervision of quality issues and guidelines
• Analysis and evaluation of quality indicators
• Independent processing of QM topics and development of concepts as part of the task

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics or comparable
• Ideally focus on sustainability, environmental and quality management
• Understanding of methods and procedures in the area of process development, business process management and CIP as well as knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
