Zusammenfassung

Nexperia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead complaint handling, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across global teams. You will review 8D reports, explain technical details to customers, and participate in crisis management and risk assessments.

The role requires strong English communication, collaboration with multiple departments, and willingness to travel. You will be a primary user of Quality IT tools supporting company-wide quality improvements.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or physics.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge in semiconductor assembly processes as well as in semiconductor applications, preferably for discrete devices.
• Knowledge of standard quality and problem-solving tools, like 8D report, 3x5 Why analysis is of advantage, FMEA etc. preferred.
• Know how in standard software tools (e.g. Office, Excel), problem solving techniques and in statistical data analysis.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Confidence in technical discussions with customers.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player and willingness to travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
