Nexperia in Hamburg is seeking an Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions, shaping the digitalization of our R&D processes in an international, technology-driven environment.

You will design, implement, test, and continuously improve automated workflows and data flows, ensure data quality, and support change adoption across IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position, depending on educational credentials.
• Strong understanding of business process and R&D process automation.
• Practical experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, VBA); deeper software development skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of data integration and data exchange, e.g. between SAP applications and other systems.
• Hands on experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, or comparable platforms.
• Strong communication and networking skills and proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Structured, solution oriented working style with a strong focus on quality.
• Service oriented, reliable team player with a high level of flexibility combined with accountability and commitment.

About the job

To strengthen our R&D organization, we are looking for an Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) who translates business requirements into scalable automation and AI supported solutions and actively contributes to improving the efficiency of our R&D processes. You will be directly involved in shaping the digitalization, automation, and AI enablement of R&D processes in an international, technology driven environment.
