For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for a proactive Quality Conformance Manager (m/f/d) as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team.
The role will work in the Structure Assembly department and will drive operational excellence in an international, agile environment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Process Monitoring: Oversee and optimize quality workflows within the Structure Assembly department.
- Data & Digitalization: Define, analyze, and digitize key performance indicators (KPIs) using Skywise.
- Design Support: Collaborate with and support the Design Office organization to ensure strict adherence to quality requirements.
- Quality Tools Application: Apply advanced tools including APQP, DFMA, and PPS.
- Problem Solving: Coordinate the resolution of quality issues by conducting root cause analyses, PPS, and leading continuous improvement projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering, or a relevant Technical field.
- Professional Experience (Minimum 2 years in each of the following):
- Quality Management & Quality Assurance
- Project Management & Process Improvement
- Structure Assembly & Operations
- Industry Expertise: previous experience in structural mechanics (metal) at Airbus is required.
- Language Skills: Negotiation-level proficiency in German and advanced proficiency in English.
- IT Skills: Daily proficiency with Google Workspace.
