Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Controlling and Contract Management.
• Business fluency in German and English (mandatory).

Aufgaben

• Lead comprehensive commercial project control across the project lifecycle.
• Define and establish project cost structures (WBS/CBS) with Project Management.
• Manage SAP-based financial planning, steering revenue, costs and cash flow.
• Prepare KPI reports and root-cause analyses for variances.
• Provide strategic KPIs and recommendations to project teams.
• Manage contract-compliant invoicing and cash collection to safeguard liquidity.
• Prepare cost calculations, support proposals, and develop business cases for new launches.
• Apply proven project management methodologies.

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Program & Project Controller (m/f/d)

Main Task and Responsibilities

• Project Controlling: Lead comprehensive commercial project control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Cost Structuring: Define and establish project cost structures (WBS/CBS) in close coordination with Project Management to ensure transparent cost tracking.
• Financial Planning & Steering: Handle commercial planning in SAP, while steering and monitoring project revenue, costs, and cash flow.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on financial KPIs (planned vs. actual) and perform root-cause analysis for variances.
• Strategic Advisory: Proactively support project teams with relevant KPIs and strategic recommendations to ensure program objectives are met.
• Cash Flow Management: Execute contract-compliant invoicing and actively manage incoming payments to safeguard liquidity.
• Proposals & Business Cases: Prepare cost calculations, support the proposal process, handle commercial negotiations, and develop sound business cases for new product launches.
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Controlling and Contract Management.
• IT Tools: Detailed knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP FI/CO is highly advantageous; familiarity with Jira is desirable.
• Project Management: Solid, proven knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Languages: Business fluent in both German and English (mandatory).
