Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced Stress Engineer (d/f/m) to work with AIRBUS on aircraft structural analysis projects. You will size structures, perform trade-offs, and analyze systems for integration, reporting to qualification standards.

Requirements include a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering (or related field), 2–3 years of experience with FEM tools (Nastran, Hyperworks), and fluent English and German. NATO security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of work experience in aircraft structural analysis and FEM tools (Nastran, Hyperworks).
• Fluent English and German are mandatory.
• Knowledge of standard stress analysis methods (HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young) is mandatory.

Tintschl Technik GmbH is looking for an experienced Stress Engineer (d/f/m) to join our team, working directly with our long-standing business partner, AIRBUS, in Germany.

• Structural Sizing: Size structural parts, components, and installations (metallic & composite/CFRP) using advanced FEM tools and classic handbook methods.
• Trade-off Analysis: Evaluate design solutions and structural concepts.
• System Analysis: Analyze mechanical systems and equipment integration.
• Reporting: Prepare high-quality analysis reports and statements for airframe qualification.
• In-Service Support: Assess damages and develop repairs for active aircraft.
• Production Support: Assist manufacturing and assembly lines, evaluating concessions and non-conformities.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with adjacent departments and relevant stakeholders.
• This position is subject to international regulations on military and aerospace projects, which require specific legal and security authorizations: the ability to obtain a security clearance for NATO projects is required.
• Education: Master’s degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering (or related technical field).
• Experience: at least 2/3 years of work experience in aircraft structural analysis and in the application of specific stress analysis and FEM tools (e.g. Nastran, Hyperworks etc.)
• Good knowledge of standard stress analysis methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young) is mandatory.
• Languages: Fluent English AND Fluent German (both are mandatory).
