Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking aQuality Assurance professional to monitor sales team quality across calls and chats, compile performance reports, and identify coaching needs for enhancement of accuracy and efficiency.

You will calibrate calls with leadership, provide actionable feedback, and help standardize workflows. The role requires experience in digital advertising or B2B sales and strong Microsoft Office and Google tools proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Digital advertising, B2B or tele sales experience required.
• Previous Quality Assurance experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.)
• Results oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance.
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• A skill assessment will be conducted as part of the interview process.

Aufgaben

• Review quality of work performed by the sales team through monitoring call and/or chat recording systems and applications.
• Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.

• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
• Conduct calibration sessions on calls for all products/programs with Senior Leadership, Team Leads, and other Management.
• Provide feedback to sales team leaders and senior leadership.
• Create and maintain standardized workflows and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for change and participate in analysis of workflows and procedures to improve accuracy/efficiency.
• Perform other applicable duties as assigned.
