Axel Springer Tech sucht eine erfahrene QA-Managerin bzw. einen QA-Manager, der die Qualität mobiler Apps sicherstellt und die QA-Strategie von Anfang bis Ende verantwortet.

Sie fungieren als Mentorin, arbeiten eng mit Entwicklern, Product Ownern und Designern zusammen und gestalten Testpläne, Automatisierungsrahmen und Testfälle. Sie implementieren QA in CI/CD-Pipelines, pflegen Dokumentation in agilen Umgebungen und kommunizieren effektiv in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Seasoned QA Manager with mobile app QA, test automation and agile leadership.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to create test cases and documentation in agile environments.
• Strong communication in English; German a plus but not required.
• Fluent written and spoken English in international environment.

Responsibilities

• Оwning QA strategy and execution end to end, shaping app development processes.
• Mentor and sparring partner to QA engineers and working students; collaborate with developers, product owners and designers.
• Design and evolve test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure stability and scalability with a proactive approach to quality.
• Identify, track, and help resolve bugs in Jira through regression, integration and E2E testing.
• Safeguard product quality using tools such as Charles Proxy, Crashlytics, and analytics platforms; monitor app performance.

• as a seasoned QA Manager, you bring deep expertise in mobile app quality assurance, test automation, and agile leadership with hands-on experience in Appium, TestSigma, or similar frameworks,
• you confidently integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines through practical experience in manual testing,
• you create test cases and maintain clear documentation within agile environments,
• you apply Scrum methodologies confidently and effectively when working with Jira, Charles Proxy, and test management systems,
• you navigate QA processes with ease as a strong communicator,
• you foster collaboration across teams and support others through mentoring with fluent written and spoken English,
• you communicate effectively in an international environment,
• German is a plus but not required
