Axel Springer AG is seeking a seasoned QA Manager in Berlin to own the mobile QA strategy and drive end-to-end testing. You will mentor QA engineers, collaborate with developers, product owners and designers, and ensure high-quality features through our Scrum process.

With hands-on experience in Appium/TestSigma and Jira, you will implement scalable test automation, improve CI/CD pipelines, and oversee test plans, cases, and metrics to safeguard product quality across mobile apps.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned QA Manager with mobile QA, test automation, and agile leadership.
• Hands-on Appium, TestSigma or similar frameworks in CI/CD.
• Experience in manual testing and creating test cases.
• In agile environments, apply Scrum methodologies confidently.
• Familiar with Jira, Charles Proxy, and test management systems.
• Strong communicator; mentoring across teams.
• Fluent English; German a plus but not required.

What you'll need:

• with hands-on experience in Appium, TestSigma, or similar frameworks, you confidently integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• through practical experience in manual testing, you create test cases and maintain clear documentation
