Your Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the procurement of items for propulsion-engineering teams
- Ensure on time delivery through active supplier communication
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and lead times, maintain and continuously update the central order database
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively escalate delays to internal stakeholders
- Establish a structured reminder and follow‑up system (manual or automated) to avoid missed or late deliveries
Your Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsengineur*in), Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Prior coursework or basic understanding of procurement, operations, or logistics.
- Ability to take responsibility for defined procurement topics and follow them through end‑to‑end.
- High level of reliability when handling recurring, time‑critical tasks.
- Confident communicating with suppliers via email and phone in German (C1) and English (C1).
- Willingness to proactively initiate improvement to the purchasing process.
