Zusammenfassung

piezosystem jena GmbH is seeking a Purchasing Buyer (m/f/d) to secure materials, components and services for our high‑precision actuation systems. You will work closely with production, engineering, sales and management to ensure material availability, quality and favorable terms.

In addition to routine purchasing, you will develop supplier relationships, negotiate prices and delivery times, maintain ERP data, and contribute to our procurement processes and supply chains.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and an interest in sophisticated technical products.
• Confident and dependable manner when dealing with suppliers.
• Negotiating skills and a strong cost awareness.
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working.
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Team spirit, initiative and a genuine willingness to take on responsibility.

Your Chance

As a Purchasing Buyer (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in reliably supplying our company with materials, components and services.

You will work closely with production, engineering, sales and management, making sure that the materials we need are available in the right quality, at the right time and on commercially optimal terms.

In addition to operational purchasing, you will actively shape our supplier relationships and support us in continuously developing our purchasing processes and supply chains.
