Anton Paar ProveTec GmbH is seeking a procurement professional to identify suppliers, obtain competitive quotes, and manage purchasing of high-quality parts. You will monitor inventory, maintain SAP master data, and support prototype parts procurement for our development team.

The role requires strong SAP MM/PP skills, knowledge of procurement processes, and fluency in German and English. A flexible work arrangement including home office options is possible.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed training as an Office Management Specialist (f/m/d), Technical Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, or a comparable program.
• You have in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• You have strong SAP skills in the MM and PP modules.
• You can read and understand basic technical drawings, bills of materials, and data sheets.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a good command of German and English.
