Zusammenfassung

REPA Deutschland GmbH, a leading European spare parts distributor, seeks an experienced Senior Buyer for international purchasing and materials management. You will own supplier portfolios, manage MRP proposals, and optimize purchasing strategies in ERP systems across multiple locations.

With 5+ years in the role, you will drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain, enjoying a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
• At least five years' experience in international purchasing and materials management, ideally as a Senior Buyer or with independent portfolio responsibility.
• Sound knowledge of materials management, MRP and materials planning, together with proficiency in NAV (Navision), SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage.
• A high degree of autonomy, initiative and accountability, with an analytical and solution-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage an international supplier and product portfolio in operational purchasing and materials management, with responsibility for product availability, inventory levels and ordering performance
• Analyse and process MRP proposals, demand, backlogs and critical supply situations
• Process purchase orders, including delivery schedule management and escalations
• Optimise purchasing and material master data, MRP parameters and ordering strategies in the ERP system
• Implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations
