OpenText is actively seeking a Professional Services Program Manager fluent in German and Dutch to lead multiple software implementation projects from inception to completion. You will inspire distributed teams to deliver value, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Based in Belgium with a home-office setup, the role emphasizes shaping project visions, removing obstacles, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs and measurable milestones.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of project management in software implementation (EIM/ECM preferred).
• PMI, PRINCE2 or similar certifications in project management (waterfall and agile).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Resilience to manage customer expectations in a software vendor environment; escalation point between OpenText and customers.
• Leadership to motivate teams and drive a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Global mindset with experience working with distributed teams; fluent Dutch and/or German and English are required.

What you need to succeed

• Experience: At least 8 years of project management in software implementation, preferably in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Certifications: PMI, PRINCE2, or similar credentials in project management (waterfall and agile).
• Proven Skills: Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, delivering successful outcomes, excellent problem-solving capabilities, outstanding negotiation skills, analytical eye and focus on quality.
• Resilience: Proven ability to manage customer expectations with your commercial mindset in a software vendor organization. Serve as a point of escalation between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams.
• Leadership: Skilled in motivating teams, facilitating participatory decision-making, strategic positioning and creating a positive, results-driven team environment.
• Global Mindset: Experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams while effectively managing time zone and cultural differences.
• Communication: Strong ability to coordinate across departments and foster open, transparent dialogue with clients and internal teams. Fluent Dutch and/or German plus English language skills are a must, both written and spoken. Dutch language skills would be preferred.
