As Senior Labour Relations Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the business and employee representative bodies, including works councils, employee representatives, and unions. You will own collective agreement negotiations, annual consultations, and labour relations strategy, while partnering closely with HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, Project Managers, and Legal teams. Your work will directly support business transformation, compliance with labour laws, and constructive social dialogue across the organization.
