Zusammenfassung

ERGO sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Bereich Programm-Controlling zur finanziellen Steuerung von HR-Transformationsprojekten in einem internationalen Umfeld. Sie erstellen Business Cases, Forecasts und Berichte und arbeiten eng mit dem Program Leadership zusammen.

Sie berichten direkt an das Leadership-Team, koordinieren Budgets, Risiken und Veränderungsmaßnahmen und unterstützen Investitionsentscheidungen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Programm-Controlling, Finanzen, PMO oder Transformationsmanagement, idealerweise in großen internationalen HR- oder IT-Programmen
• Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Business Case Management, Forecasting und Finanzberichterstattung
• Hervorragendes Stakeholder-Management und die Fähigkeit, Daten in klare Management-Insights zu übersetzen
• Fortgeschrittene Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Gestaltung und Überwachung der finanziellen Steuerung von HR-Transformationsinitiativen sowie der entsprechenden Business Cases
• Verfolgung, Validierung und Berichterstattung über Realisierung von geplanten Einsparungen und Vorteilen in Landesorganisationen
• Überwachung von Budgets, Forecasts und finanziellerPerformance, inkl. PO-, Rechnungs- und Budget-Tracking
• Beurteilung finanzieller Auswirkungen von Scope‑Änderungen und Budgetumverteilungen; Unterstützung von Budgetänderungen und Investitionsentscheidungen
• Zentrale Ansprechpartner: Controlling-Themen für Führungskräfte, Finance und weitere Stakeholder; Mitwirkung an Transformations-Office-Aktivitäten

Jobbeschreibung

• Own and maintain the financial governance of strategic HR transformation initiatives and their business cases, including adherence to internal processes and reporting requirements
• Track, validate and report realization of planned savings and benefits in country organizations, and ensure transparency on financial risks, budget deviations and mitigation measures
• Manage and monitor overall program budgets, forecasts and financial performance, including tracking of purchase orders, invoices and budget utilization
• Assess financial implications of scope changes and budget reallocations, support budget‑related change requests and investment decisions, and prepare regular financial analyses and forecasts for Program Leadership and the Steering Committee
• Act as central contact for all controlling‑related topics towards Program Leadership, Finance and other stakeholders and contribute to broader Transformation Office activities (e.g. governance topics, steering preparation, ad‑hoc analyses)

Profile and skills

• Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in program controlling, finance, PMO or transformation management, ideally in large international HR or IT programs
• Strong experience in business case management, forecasting and financial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate data into clear management insights
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent German and English
