Job summary

ERGO sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für das Programm-Controlling im Bereich HR-Transformation. Sie pflegen die Governance der Finanzseite, kontrollieren Budgets und Forecasts und berichten eigenständig an die Programmleitung.

Sie besitzen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling von Großprojekten, exzellente Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse sowie fließendes Deutsch und Englisch. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote-Arbeit bis zu 50% sind möglich.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Programmcontrolling, Finanzen, PMO oder Transformationsmanagement, idealerweise in großen internationalen HR- oder IT-Programmen.
• Starke Erfahrung im Business-Case-Management, Forecasting und Finanzberichterstattung.
• Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, Daten in klare Management-Insights zu übersetzen.
• Fortgeschrittene Excel- und PowerPoint-Fähigkeiten.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Pflege der finanziellen Governance von strategischen HR-Transformations inititativen und deren Business Cases.
• Verfolgung, Validierung und Berichterstattung von Realisierung geplanten Einsparungen und Nutzen in Landesorganisationen; Transparenz bei finanziellen Risiken, Budgetabweichungen und Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Gesamtbudget, Forecasts und finanzielle Leistung des Programms steuern und überwachen, einschließlich Verfolgung von Bestellungen, Rechnungen und Budget-Nutzung.
• Bewertung finanzieller Auswirkungen von Scope-Änderungen und Budget-Umschichtungen; Unterstützung von budgetbezogenen Change Requests und Investitionsentscheidungen; regelmäßige Finanzanalysen und Forecasts für die Programmführung und das Steering Committee erstellen.
• Zentrale Ansprechstelle für controlling-bezogene Themen gegenüber Programmführung, Finance und anderen Stakeholdern; Beitrag zu breiteren Transformationsaktivitäten (Governance, Lenkungsvorbereitung, Ad-hoc-Analysen).

IHRE AUFGABEN

Role and tasks

• Own and maintain the financial governance of strategic HR transformation initiatives and their business cases, including adherence to internal processes and reporting requirements
• Track, validate and report realization of planned savings and benefits in country organizations, and ensure transparency on financial risks, budget deviations and mitigation measures
• Manage and monitor overall program budgets, forecasts and financial performance, including tracking of purchase orders, invoices and budget utilization
• Assess financial implications of scope changes and budget reallocations, support budget-related change requests and investment decisions, and prepare regular financial analyses and forecasts for Program Leadership and the Steering Committee
• Act as central contact for all controlling-related topics towards Program Leadership, Finance and other stakeholders and contribute to broader Transformation Office activities (e.g. governance topics, steering preparation, ad-hoc analyses)

IHR PROFIL

Profile and skills

• Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in program controlling, finance, PMO or transformation management, ideally in large international HR or IT programs
• Strong experience in business case management, forecasting and financial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate data into clear management insights
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent German and English
