Job summary

ERSG Ltd in Germany is seeking an experienced Senior Site Planner to own the construction and commissioning schedules, using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and to drive progress on a major energy infrastructure project.

You will coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, review contractor schedules, monitor progress, and prepare weekly look-ahead reports. Fluent German and English required; based near Brake or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project planning/scheduling experience.
• Experience in large-scale construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis using Critical Path, S-Curves, resource loading, and productivity metrics.
• Support change management, claims analysis, and project reporting.
• Work closely with Site Management, Project Management, Cost Control, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience supporting electrical substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Based near Brake (Unterweser) or willing to relocate to the region.
